Shipping Policy

At Off Line Golf, we offer both made-to-order products (fulfilled by production partners) and select in-stock items. This page sets expectations for processing, shipping, tracking, and common issues.

Processing Times

• Made-to-Order: Most apparel and accessories are produced after you order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

• In-Stock: Items we hold in inventory usually ship within 2–3 business days.

• Split Shipments: If your order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately with separate tracking.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated Transit Times (after fulfillment/ship date)

United States

• Made-to-Order: 5–10 business days

• In-Stock: 3–5 business days

Canada

• 7–14 business days

International (outside U.S./Canada)

• 10–20 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak-season demand, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as items ship.

• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, please first check with neighbors, your building/office, and your local post office. If still missing, contact us at club.pro@offlinegolf.cc
