Return Policy

We want you to love your Off Line Golf gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and issues:

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at club.pro@offlinegolf.cc 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with our production partner to make it right. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — no need to ship the original item back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
